Reach Alert Overview

We understand the importance of communicating with you and ensuring that we keep you in the loop regarding events affecting Mulberry. As a result, we are pleased to announce that we are continuing with a notification service called REACH alert.

How it works

This service will allow us to immediately share important information via phone, text, or email regarding a number of items including water line breaks/boil water advisory‘s, road closures/delays due to construction or accidents, hazmat situations, AMBER/Silver alerts, and police alerts.

You can choose if you want to receive:

Alerts (explained above).
Community events (information on things happening around town).
Reminders (this will send out water shut off warnings).

You may enroll for all notification categories if you so desire.

Each household can register up to four phone numbers and four email addresses.

Create an Account

Go to www.reachalert.com and click the “Login” tab in the menu.

Select “register.” Enter your preferred contact information.

Network name: type Mulberry (click on our name when it appears).

Select “resident” or “business.”

Enter your address and click on it when it appears in the drop-down list.

If you opted to receive text alerts, reach alert send a text message to your cell phone immediately upon completion of your registration. Please enter the four-digit number on the registration screen and then click the word validate. If you do not receive this message, please call reach alert.
